  • MOHAMMAD NAQIB ISHAN JAN: is a Law Professor and the Head ofAlternati\~’e Dispute
    Resolution Unit (ADRU) atAhmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah (Faculty) of Laws (AIKOLJ. International
    Islamic University Malaysia (IIL’;\/I). He is also a member of the World Trade Organization and Globalization Unit, and the Intemational Law and MaritimeAffairs L’nit (ILNIA) at IIUM where he obtained his bachelor’s, master’s degrees and Ph.D. in Law. His areas of expertise include Public International Law, International Humanitarian Law. International Human Rights Law, International Dispute Resolution, International Commercial Arbitration. Use of Force in International Relations, Refugee Law and the Law of the United Nations. He has taught and published extensively in these specialized areas. He has published a number of books and numerous articles in refereed law joumals, and presented academic papers at national. regional and international conferences.
  • ABDULRASHID LAWAN HARL‘ was born in Adarnawa State. Nigeria and is a lecturer at
    faculty of law Ljniversity of .\/laiduguri. He has obtained his LL.B & Sharia from the University of Maiduguri and B.L. (Barrister at Law) from the } Nigerian Law School. Abuja and called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate ofthe Supreme Court of Nigeria. He has obtained his LLM from the [jnivcrsity of Maiduguri and he is currently a Ph.D. law candidate ‘at AIKOL. international Islamic ljniversity Malaysia. He has attended All African Course on Intemational Humanitarian Law at Pretoria, South Africa in 2010 and has written several articles on intemational humanitarian law. international law. constitutional law. human rights law and Islamic law. He has an outstanding academic performance which earned him several awards from his alma-mater
