In today’s world, the Internet has become an integral part of life
with almost every sector being dependent on its application. This
book provides easy-to-understand information on the
fundamentals of the internet, Internet usage and application. It

implementation and application of Internet resources. Other areas

AKRAM M. ZEKI (Ph.D), a widely published academic from
Kulliyyah of Information and Communication Technology,
International Islamic University Malaysia (111.1M), is a specialist
in Multimedia Technologies. His research interests include
Information Security, Image Processing, Signal Processing,
Watermarking and Internet Applications. Amongst Dr. Akram’s
publications are five books, 20 journal articles, 30 book chapters
and numerous conference papers. Besides supervising
postgraduates students, he is currently heading a number of
research projects at his university.
