Dr. Mohamad Sahari Nordin is a professor at the Faculty of Education, International Islamic University Malaysia. He was involved in developing and teaching courses in measurement, assessment, research methodologies and statistics at the diploma, master and doctorate level since 1987. Dr. Mohamad Sahari received his early teaching training from the Temenggong Ibrahim Teachers’ College and had since been teaching at the HUM for the past 19 years. He obtained his Bachelor of Economics and Master in Education from the University of Malaya. Subsequently, he pursued his doctorate in Educational Research from the Florida State University, United States of America and specialized in measurement and educational psychology. Dr. Mohamad Sahari has since written many books and reports and also presented topics on educational research at local and international seminars. He also contributes in the planning and implementation of educational research, particularly in the aspects of testing, assessment and higher education.
